What is L.E.A.P?

L.E.A.P is a Learning Enrichment Activity Program.

L.E.A.P is designed to provide both week day, after school homework help and learning enrichment opportunities. It is our desire to help students gain confidence in their own abilities and achieve their full potential. L.E.A.P offers a healthy snack each afternoon (hungry minds struggle to focus) sponsored by Shannon’s Produce and a time for help with homework or school assignments as well as math and reading skill building.

L.E.A.P is held at West Zephyrhills Elementary School as a Community Partnership between Awake Zephyrhills and WZES. L.E.A.P is offered at no cost to the families of WZES and is staffed by volunteers from Awake Zephyrhills.

**Due to COVID-19 and school closures, L.E.A.P will be on hold for the 2020/2021 school year. It is our hope to resume L.E.A.P when it is safe for students to meet. We will base our re-opening on the decision of the Pasco County School Board and the administration of WZES along with our L.E.A.P families.**

We are happy to let you know that we will begin L.E.A.P September 4th, 2018 at West Zephyrhills Elementary located at 37900 14th Avenue in Zephyrhills. L.E.A.P will begin at 4:00 PM and will end at 6:00 PM, Tuesday-Thursday.
